Conservation Sudbury is governed by a seven-member General Board of Directors appointed by the City of Greater Sudbury for a four-year term. The composition of the General Board is based on resolutions of the City of Greater Sudbury’s Council and has been summarized in this correspondence to the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. The General Board meets monthly, and meetings are open to the public.
